What’s next for Winter Track? We held our zoom meetings to discuss the COVID guidelines this past week, which are required in order to participate. For those who did not attend, I will be scheduling an additional zoom meeting in the near future, so hang tight.

We will be starting winter track as virtual zoom practices on Wednesday December 2, at our already scheduled practice times! We are very excited to have our very own SENIORS leading virtual practices. Each practice will start with a brief introduction to our 2 Senior leaders, with perhaps some video/pic footage of his/her accomplishments. Then get ready to go through warm-up, abs, workout, circuits, etc together. The key is to learn our team routines and get to know each other. We will record sessions so they can be available. Coach Kami will be taking attendance each practice, as far as earning Winter Track Club letters.

2:30 – 3:45 – Sprints/Jumps/Pole Vault/Throwers
3:15 – 4:30 – Distance/Hurdlers
